Neptune Stations Retrograde
July 2nd
Neptune, like all the outer planets, goes retrograde every year for several months. Neptune’s retrograde is 5-6 months every year, so we’re in Neptune retrograde half the time. Because of this, it’s not the biggest deal.
Personally, I don’t see growth without reflection, and that’s what retrogrades give us - a cycle to turn inward.
With Neptune, we get a cycle to turn inwards spiritually. There could be come clarity to gain from doing so. It’s also a period to uncover creativity that might be buried under your layers.
Neptune has been transiting Pisces since 2011 and will move into the sign of Aries in March of 2025. It’s currently at 29 degrees of Pisces, which is known as the anoretic degree. It’s a rather intense degree of every sign. I like to think of it as the culmination of everything we’ve learning during the transit.
When it retrogrades next year, it will dip back into Pisces for a couple of months, to this same degree. It finally moves into Aries for good in January 2026. From now until then marks a Neptunian cycle, reflecting on all neptune things since 2011. This is dreams, imagination, illusions, confusions, empathy, spirituality, and creative inspiration.
Business Owners → Use this period to make sure you business goals align with your spiritual being. Also be open to creative inspiration, even if it’s unexpected.
Mercury Enters Leo
July 2nd - July 25th
Let the Leo energy begin! Leo is all about expressive oneself, creativity, drama and leadership. With Mercury ruling our minds and communication, there is energy for creative thinking, expressive communication and perhaps fabulous theatrics. People will be very enthusiastic and confident right now. It’s not the time to argue or be in “convincing” energy. Instead, focus on your confidence and notice how that naturally persuades people. Let your passion for what you’re doing shine through.
Business Owners → What a wonderful time to film some evergreen content. If you have been thinking about creating a promo video or getting some professional filming done, NOW is the time! Or maybe creating or executing a presentation? It’s also a great time to work on your branding story. Really anything marketing related that involves YOU!
Mercury Opposite Pluto
July 3rd
Starting off Mercury in Leo strong is a Mercury opposition to Pluto. This transit could bring up some interesting power dynamics in our communication and thinking patterns. It’s not a lovely transit necessarily, but I think it might teach some lessons that can be used before we ramp up for the rest of the Mercury in Leo transit. It might remind some folks not to get arrogant or maybe to get deeper with the way they are communicating.
It can bring somewhat intense conversations or thinking, maybe even conflict. It might trigger some defensiveness and create obsessive thoughts. It COULD bring transformative conversation or revelations to the table as well. Pluto has so much potential to go either way. An opposition tends to bring push/pull energy, so it's really about how it's channeled.
The impact of mercury transits last about 5 days, 2ish days on either side of exactitude.
Business Owners → It’s a good day to note that communications might be intense, which in business tends to gear towards marketing/messaging. People may call you out on some BS, so don’t dish out any BS. It’s an ideal day to foster transparency. I would NOT focus on marketing strategies this day and instead focus on reflecting on structure, team management, and maybe hunkering down to get some work done. Having a project to focus on could be super helpful.
Any frustrations that come up, use them as tools to ask yourself, maybe it’s time to re-structure this.
New Moon in Cancer
July 5th
This new moon brings us a new beginning towards domestic affairs, like your home, family, ancestral roots. Perhaps starting a new home improvement project or creating a more supportive home-base.
It also is a new cycle regarding our emotions. How can we let our emotions be a tool? How can we approach them with curiosity instead of judgement? How can you create a nurturing environment for your emotions?
Business Owners → How can you bring your emotions into your workflow? How can you make your business feel more like home? For both yourself, your team and your customers. It's a good time to look at where you can provide more and where you could use more support.
Venus enters Leo
July 11th - Aug 4th
Venus in Leo shifts our values towards self expression, creativity and confidence. We value those things in our relationships and in our personal financial decisions. This is a time when we might find ourselves and others to be more charismatic and bold.
It’s also a time where we are thinking about leadership, as well. In what areas of life do you step up and be a leader? Could you do this more? Could you create space for others to be leaders?
Be mindful of overspending or overindulgence.
Business Owners → This is a great time to focus on marketing with bold campaigns. There is a sense of magnetism through authenticity. Don’t be afraid to step out of the box and differentiate yourself from others. This is also a great time to show yourself in your business and big yourself up on why you’re well equipped to be giving your services or offering your products.
It’s a great time for a new product launch or promotion as well.
Jupiter trine North Node
July 12th
Both Jupiter and the North Node represent growth, so a trine with these two can show up as a harmonious experience that brings upon expansion.
Some say that the North Node represents our destiny, I like to say it’s more about long lasting connections that are related towards our evolution in life. So, learnings from life lessons, essentially.
Jupiter brings optimism into this journey of evolution, making this a lovely transit for moving forward towards learning your lessons. And not in a slap you in the face so you learn kind of way.
We will feel the energy of this transit for most of July.
Business Owners → Utilize this transit to connect with and learn through others. Wonderful transit for networking, going on a retreat, joining a round table call/conference, or any other way you can connect with other business owners or customers. You may learn a lot through these connections.
It’s also a great time to align your strategies to your mission or bigger purpose. If you haven’t touched base with either of these things in awhile, use this supportive energy to do so. Dream big.
It’s also another great energy to launch something new in, so long as you feel aligned with what you are launching.
Venus opposite Pluto
July 12th
On the same day, Venus makes a connection with Pluto, bringing some intensity into the mix. Venus opposite Pluto can bring a bit of defensiveness. Our sense of security is tugging with our power dynamics, which isn’t a great feeling. The energy for manipulation is heightened.
It can also bring obsessive + compulsive energy towards our relationships, financial matters, and what we value.
Pluto also rules our subconscious and Venus rules our concept of beauty. This may uncover some deep traumas or energies around the way you feel about your appearance. The energy of this transit won’t last more than a few days, so let it pass. If you’re filming some content and hate what you see, just take a break for the day or 2. Things will flow better in a few days.
Business Owners → Be cautious of financial situations around this date. There could be some transformations regarding your finances, for better or for worse. Plan, have backups, and avoid taking unnecessary financial risks 2-3 days on either side of this transit.
This is also a great time to be very transparent about your business and its values. Don’t be the ones manipulating, people might see through it and call you out.
Lastly, if you can, try to channel this intense energy into a project you’re really passionate about. It can bring a surge of passion, so channel it into something you can do/create.
Mars conjunct Uranus
July 15th
When it comes to the way we assert ourselves, expect the unexpected. Uranus rules our desire for independence, freedom, and sudden changes while mars represents action. We might be taking more initiative towards things that make us feel liberated.
The urge to take impulsive actions will be heightened. Sometimes this could lead to something you never thought of before, sometimes it leads to mistakes…which are okay because we learn from them. Just notice when you’re feeling impulsive and if you can, take a beat and think about it for a moment. Try to catch it. Or heck, just roll with it. The disruptions this transits brings shakes things up in a necessary way.
Business Owners → Wonderful time to implement new technologies. Uranus also rules technology so if you’ve bought into a new software, this would be a great week to learn how to use it. Moving forward with a tool that will give you more freedom (i.e automation) can be super powerful right now.
If you have a team, be flexible on this day. Folks may need to switch up the regular routines. Let them, it may prove to be super beneficial for everyone.
Mars enters Gemini
July 20th - September 4th
Our actions and energy turns towards curiosity, the mind and social interactions. It energizes our communications and mental abilities. We might also become a bit better at multi-tasking and taking a versatile approach to challenges. We’re moving a bit faster.
It can lead to a sense of restlessness and impatience.
Business Owners → Awesome time for writing persuasive pieces or content. This is another great transit for networking. Our social batteries may be able to function for a little longer than usual.
This is also a great time to focus on project management. What are your current projects? What projects need attention? Where could you hire help? How do you balance multiple projects at once? Where can you automate?
Lastly, it’s a great time to host a workshop or launch a course of some sort. People are hungry to learn something new. Offer your expertise.
Full Moon in Capricorn
July 21st
Happening at 29 degrees, which is the anaretic degree. Anaretic degrees are a more intense degree as it’s the last degree of a sign. It’s somewhat of a culmination of energy experienced and lessons learned in the previous 28 degrees.
Because the last full moon happened at 1 degree of Capricorn, this is the 2nd full moon in Capricorn in a row, really honing down on Capricorn energies.
Pluto finishes it tour of Capricorn later on this year as well. It’s currently in Aquarius, but it retrogrades back into Capricorn for a few weeks hitting this 29th degree.
Both of these show that we as society are coming to a culmination of Capricorn learnings. On more of a individual level, Capricorn represents status, ambition, responsibility, structures, and career. In society, it also represents intuitions, corporations, the economy, hierarchies and systems that run our society.
With Pluto representing power dynamics and deep transformation, we can reflect on how these things have changed over the past 20 15 years.
The moon represents our emotions, our inner security, and our inner self. With this, it feels like we are reflecting on our emotions + attachments to these systems. Where are we, as individuals, holding on? Where can we let go so we, as humans, can create something better?
Sun enters Leo
July 22nd - August 22nd
Happy birthday Leos!
The sun is happiest in Leo, meaning it can fulfill its properties the most in this sign. Leo is all about what makes you shine - why the spotlight can shine on you. The sun is all about our identity, self expression and parts of our ego.
There is a surge of energy and confidence during this season. We might experience increased motivation and enthusiasm.
Ensure you are balancing out this all-eyes-on-me energy with humility. This is a collective transit, so a lot of people will be feeling it. A lot of people will want the spotlight. Take your moment then pass it on.

July 22nd
Kicking off Leo season strong is an opposition to Pluto. This transit brings intensity, but hopefully in a transformative way so the rest of Leo season can bring enthusiasm and confidence.
Oppositions raise awareness. Both the sun and Pluto are in fixed signs, so this could bring a little bit of resistance to that in which we need to increase our awareness.
The sun opposite pluto can bring push/pull energy towards our identy, ourselves and power dynamics + our subconscious. It shines a light into those hidden crevices of our psyche.
It brings a surge of energy and potential desire for domination and manipulation. If you are feeling like your need to take over, use this as a tool to question why that is. There is energy for transformation because it’s pluto.
Business Owners → Especially because this happens with the sun in Leo, look at your leadership strategies and skills. If you have a team, reflect on the distribution of power. Where can you trust your teammates more?
For solopreneurs, where do you give others too much power? Where do you belittle yourself because you feel you’re not enough? For example, are you giving your power to the amount of likes you get on a post? How can you shift that and have confidence in what you’re creating regardless of how many followers you have?
Embrace the changes.
Mercury enters Virgo
July 25th - August 15th
Another happy placement! Mercury loves Virgo as it’s about all the little details. Our mind and communication get a dose of organization and efficiency. It’s a great time to organize a content calendar, email marketing, or figuring out practical solutions to ongoing issues.
Virgo also rules our health and wellness, so we may be thinking and talking about these things
more frequently.
Business Owners → Get lost in the data. Conduct an audit. When is the last time you looked at your analytics? Do they give you the hives? Now would be a great time to approach the data with grace and figure out your relationship to them. Configure some sort of system of how often you check in with the data, how you use it and what you don’t care to react to (maybe likes don’t matter but website traffic does, things like that). What are your end goals? Hello, funnels anyone? Great time to get into the details of those.
